How do I manage Role Assignments?

How to manage role assignments:

Click on the Settings icon in the bottom left corner:

Click Companies in the left sidebar:

From the Companies list, select a company from the list on the left:

Select a tax filing from the list of Tax Filings on the bottom right of the screen and click on the Edit button:

From the Summary screen – select the Edit button under Role Assignments:

Click on “Enable Role Assignments”:

Assign roles (by selecting a name from the drop-down list) based on the user role options provided:

Preparer – person responsible for the preparation of the tax filing

Reviewer – person responsible for the review of the tax filing

Oversight (optional) – read-only role assigned to the tax filing

Once assigned, click Summary and Save:

Click on the Save button on the Summary page to save your changes:
